I AM WHO I AM
Born and raised in the vibrant city of Budapest, Hungary, Dori’s path to the stage was set from a young age. With a dream to become a singer, she immersed herself in the performing arts, rigorously studying singing and acting to hone her craft.
At just 19, Dori took a leap of faith and moved to the beating heart of the music world: New York City. It was there that she formed her first Top 40s cover band, quickly making a name for herself by mastering a diverse range of genres and styles across the city’s iconic venues. Seeking new horizons, she relocated to Los Angeles, where she began to dive deeper into the industry. In LA, she expanded her repertoire by singing and recording with hip-hop artists, while simultaneously learning the art of songwriting from a variety of musicians.
Her global appeal soon caught the attention of a production company based in Vietnam, leading to a signed contract and her first major tour across Asia. This experience saw Dori grace the stages of some of the continent's most prestigious five-star hotels, including the Grand Hyatt and Hilton properties, enchanting international audiences with her versatile voice.
Upon returning to California, Dori’s drive only intensified. She launched multiple musical projects, recording new material and performing live in a wide array of settings—from the legendary Barbershop in Las Vegas to the eclectic Topanga Music Festival, and in various restaurants and hotels across the state.
Today, Dori remains relentlessly dedicated to her passion for entertainment and singing. She continues to maintain a strong connection to Asia, with her most recent engagement being a standout performance at the Mulia Hotel in Jakarta, where she shared the stage with world-class musicians and singers. Her journey from Budapest to the world stage is a testament to her talent, hard work, and unwavering love for music.
